Forum on Religious Responses to Anti-Semitism and Anti-Muslim Hatred
On August 16th, 2018, IRSS had their first event to launch their latest publications and hold a discussion around the research on Jewish responses to anti-Semitism and lessons for Muslim advocacy groups. In attendance were 40 guests including our esteemed panelists Mr. Bernier Farber, Dr. Jasmin Zine, and Dr. Katherine Bullock and guests like Karen Mock, Cynthia Levine-Rasky, Faisal Bhabha, Mr. Prabmeet Sarkaria MPP, and Mr. Kaleed Rasheed MPP.
The Institute for Religious and Socio-Political Studies is excited to finally launch our new publications in collaboration with Tessellate Institute. Nakita Valerio's research paper and policy report about Jewish responses to anti-Semitism and lessons for anti-Muslim Hatred is a culmination of in-depth interviews, newspapers, meta-studies, and statistical reports which offer a unique glimpse into how two seemingly different faith groups can learn from one another.
